Now Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist & Administrative Assistant Fort Worth, TX | Full-Time

We are not your typical chiropractic office. We are a high-energy, fast-paced family wellness clinic that serves moms, kids, & families.

We're looking for someone who LOVES people, thrives in a busy environment, & takes pride in creating an incredible patient experience.

This is a fast-paced, high-connection job where you’ll need to bring both warmth and precision every day.

Must Love Children! Our clinic is full of little feet and big energy— think newborns needing to be held & toddlers racing for stickers. If your heart lights up around kids, you’ll thrive here. You’ll play a key role in making every family feel safe, welcomed, and known.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and sign in patients with warmth and confidence

  • Manage patient schedules

  • Support new patient intake and care plan setup

  • Handle payments and track follow-ups

  • Help manage our social media (we’ll train you!) to share stories, hope, and wellness tips with our community

  • Speak life and encouragement into every interaction

  • Maintain calm, clear, uplifting communication—even on busy days

  • Comfort with kiddos: noises, questions, wiggles and all

  • Confidence with basic tech (we’ll train you in Atlas and social platforms!)

  • A love for helping families feel seen, heard, and cared for

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
